This week we’re delighted to be reunited with Shaun Greenhalgh! You may remember Shaun from our “Mystery of the Nativity” episode, and we’re thrilled to be filming a new short film about his fascinating remakes of Gauguin’s statues.

If you’re not familiar with Shaun, here’s a little background:
Shaun Greenhalgh is a British artist and former art forger who, between 1989 and 2006, created an extraordinary number of forgeries. With the help of his brother and elderly parents, who handled the sales side of the operation, Shaun successfully sold his works to museums, auction houses, and private collectors worldwide — accumulating nearly £1 million in the process.
